Positive: The property is perfectly located. It is really nice inside - very traditionally decorated. Everything was very clean.
Negative: There are a few maintenance issues. The landing lights didn’t seem to be working, there was a broken window latch (which the owner looked to resolve straight away, and we were only given 3 towels for 6 guests.
Summary: Nice property, needs a bit of TLC.

Positive: It is a beautiful house, combining period features with modern comfort really well. It was in an excellent location, a 5 minute walk from the town centre and in a quiet close. I will definitely stay here again if there is availability next time we are in Knutsford.

Negative: A bit basic, dated and unkempt. A lot of aircraft noise from Manchester airport 5am-10pm otherwise quiet.
Summary: Peter was very attentive. It suited our needs as a family but would benefit from some investment.

Positive: It had everything you needed. Very comfortable & homely house. Very well situated. In a lovely residential area yet just minutes from centre of Knutsford. Peter was extremely helpful from first contact with him.
