Positive: Location is perfect, the communication was straightforward.

Negative: The shower set and door needs update. The mattress is extremely soft, which I didn't enjoy, but that's not a huge problem.

Positive: The apartment was in the heart of the city center and close to all major sights within Košice. The furnishings felt luxurious, and everything was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the temperature in the apartment stayed cool. It was very easy to enter and exit the building with the fob and key.

Negative: My one and only critique is picking up the key from the lockbox. The lockbox was a 4 minute walk from the apartment and required some backtracking, especially when coming from the main train station. It was not a huge problem, but it still felt that the lockbox could have been nearer to the apartment.

Summary: Wonderful stay and will return

Positive: The apartment is very well located, right in the heart of the city. It felt cozy and comfortable. All essential amenities were provided, although there were no hand towels and additional blankets available for colder nights. The shower had many settings to choose from, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Negative: The shower door didn't close properly, so I had to hold it with my foot while showering. The toilet was quite noisy, but it wasn’t a big issue.

Positive: I loved the location, the shower, the television, the fridge and hob, they were all exceptional. The sitting area beside the TV was also a nice touch.

Negative: The curtains didn't entirely cover the windows so lots of light got in.
