Summary: Very friendly and helpful staff who were keen to try and address our issues with hot water. We moved apartment for nights 2 & 3 as the hot water ran out during a quick shower and the second person had tepid water. Same problem with the second apartment. Presumably a building issue which staff must know? Really spacious and clean apartment. Comfy bed. Kitchen area. Nice balcony. Would have been great if there had been reliable hot water. Good location

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this flat. The interior was great — modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. It was clear that care had been taken to make the space welcoming and well-equipped. What really stood out was the night guard, who was incredibly helpful and kind. Parking a larger car was quite tricky in the available space, and without his patience and guidance, I honestly don't think I would have managed. His support made a huge difference and added a real personal touch to our stay. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would happily come back.

Summary: The apartment was super spacious and well stocked and furnished. The staff were really great at the hotel, too - even calling to make a dinner reservation for us. Thanks again for the hospitality!

Summary: We started badly, as the day we arrived there was really loud music from a bar next door until 3am. However, we were then changed to another flat where the noise was much less. We also had a few issues with appliances not working, but the property tried to fix them and if they couldn’t they let us use the appliances in another flat that was empty. The manager and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
