Summary: We arrived very early from Hong Kong and they gave us a room 9am in the morning. Not only that, they upgraded us to a suite as we are the VIP of Hotels.com. Excellent hotel and service.

Summary: The property is ideally located near the train station, so if you have an early flight or an early train, you are right there. There are dining options in the hotel. The staff at check-in was not friendly, borderline rude and ruined the stay for me.

Summary: Good hotel overall. I did not find the stuff being too “welcoming “. Very convenient location. Almost next door to the main Zurich train station which made travel to other cities very easy. The room was small but that typical for an European hotels. One thing to be aware is that the rooms which are in the back of the hotel are facing a construction site. The start at 7 am. And some times the noises is substantial. The hidden gem of the hotel is the bar. There was always live music.

Summary: Close to the train station. Was able to check in early. Had a baby cot available for free which was great! Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.
