Positive: Host was very friendly and response time was very quick. Timely support for check in and clear instructions.
Negative: Since property is 600mtr from nearest tram station, carrying luggage to place is touch as it has up and downs hill localaity, also after reaching the property it is on 2nd floor carrying luggage is difficult.

Negative: Limited space open for guess during stay (eg, balcony is lock which claim to be safety purpose, all cupboards are filled with unwanted stuff like shoes or left behind from other guess). The unit is not clean where dust can be seen everywhere and we have to do a basic cleaning when landed in the unit.

Positive: Lovely apartment. Clean, big, all the facilities you could need. In a quiet area of Zurich and easy to get to with public transport. Lovely smell in the apartment, coffee (nespresso machine), tea, milk. Beds were very comfortable. Super close to the stadium. We will definitely come back!
