Summary: A beautiful house, in need of some updating, but the charm is real. The bathroom is modern and functions well, the kitchen is functional. We housed 6 adults happily, although there was a queue for the bathroom at times. The third bedroom is curtained off, which is awkward, but ok. We paid 60Euros for bedding which was odd and old and left at the end of each bed, we think they hosts could have made the beds at least. It is situated quite a way from anything, which is nice! I think it could benefit from some written information about the history of the house and the local area. The host spoke some English, again a write up on expectations would be easier to translate, the lady who came to take the 'cleaning' money was not the most pleasant, I understand the language barriers, but again get it written down so we can translate. We did not know what to do with the rubbish / recycling, although we had to pay the host 60euros for cleaning, we were told to take the bins to the nearest town! you will need dishwasher tablets and cleaning products as there was less than minimal in the house. We arrived with 6 guests and found half a loo roll, all this should be communicated before you arrive, as popping out after a long journey was not pleasant. Apart from these niggles, we loved it! the private pool was great and always kept clean, the area was private and the house had lots of character. So add on 120euros and expect to buy basic cleaning products.

Summary: Aankomst was hartelijk. De accommodatie was prima, bedden zijn goed, wifi zeer matig, tv erg klein, keuken leek op een kringloopwinkel...van alles wat....niet compleet. Het huis staat op een prachtige locatie en in een mooie omgeving. Wat we zagen, was heel veel achterstallig onderhoud! Zowel binnen als buiten...dit huis verdiend gewoon meer aandacht! Van het tuinmeubilair waren een aantal stoelen kapot, de ligkussens beschimmeld...

Summary: Langs allerlei prachtige, kleine landweggetjes kwamen we bij het huis van de eigenaren. De dochter reed voor ons uit naar de woning en heeft een rondleiding gegeven.

Summary: Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit prachtige huis waar je je inderdaad in de 17e eeuw waant. Aankomst was goed geregeld. Het sleuteladres was duidelijk aangegeven en goed te vinden met navigatie. Jammer dat de beheerder geen andere taal dan de Franse sprak. Dit maakt het toch een stuk moeilijker om elkaar goed te begrijpen. Een beheerder moet op zijn minst Engels of Duits spreken vinden wij. Het zwembad was een heerlijke aanvulling op onze week en hier hebben we dan ook elke dag meerdere uurtjes in doorgebracht. Het zwembad wordt bijna dagelijks schoongemaakt. Naast het huis ligt een weg waar niet al te veel verkeer langskomt, maar het verkeer dat er rijdt, rijdt erg hard. Als je je auto op de weg wilt draaien is het geen overbodige luxe iemand even op de uitkijk te zetten. Wifi werkt niet, niet in huis en niet in de tuin. In een eerdere melding hadden we gelezen dat de Wifi binnenshuis inmiddels goed zou werken. Dit was niet het geval. Ook het 3/4G netwerk via de telecomprofider hield erg te wensen over. Regelmatig hadden we helemaal geen verbinden. Dit vonden we echt storend. Bellen ging prima. Wat we misten waren horren voor de ramen om de steekmuggen en ander ongewenste insecten buiten te houden.

Summary: De ontvangst was goed, rondleiding gehad door de eigenaresse en er werd niet moeilijk gedaan betreffende de borg, ik had geen cash geld bij me. Het huis is prachtig van buiten, van binnen gedateerd en kleiner als gedacht (1 verdieping). De keuken is erg klein maar alles is aanwezig en werkt. De WiFi is waardeloos, deze valt telkens weg (als de koelkast aangaat bijvoorbeeld) en heeft slecht bereik, de tv is klein. De douche en het toilet (modern en netjes) zijn alleen bereikbaar via de slaapkamer met de 2 losse bedden. Dit is erg storend als er mensen slapen, de enige afscheiding is namelijk een gordijntje waardoor een soort halletje ontstaat. De bedden zijn hard, maar verder prima. Mooie tuin, goed en groot zwembad. De ligging van het huis is erg mooi met mooi uitzicht op de omliggende velden. We hebben enkele wilde dieren gezien, maar schrik niet als er opeens jagers rondom het huis staan. De weg langs het huis is niet erg rustig en er word soms zeer hard gereden. Verder is de streek prachtig en er is meer dan voldoende te zien en te doen.
