This lovely 250 square meters 7 Bedrooms 4 Bathrooms 4 toilets villa is ideally located in Sainte-Maxime. Situated very close by walking from the city center and the beach, you will enjoy to not use the car (as traffic is high from May to October, and parking sought!) to reach the shopping district very typical : traditional restaurants, bars sidewalk cafés, food trades, groceries, bakeries, glaciers, old market.. This quarter is a lively and pedestrianized area.
Villa completely refurbished last year, very bright and spacious (facing South), decorated with all modern convenience, and it sleeps 14 people.
This comfortable villa offers 3 living-rooms and 4 kitchens (one is outside for dining around the pool). The 4 bathrooms are each equipped with a walk-in shower. You will also find : 3 panoramic terraces and a balcony, a swimming pool (11m x 4m) with shutter electric closing. Garden, pool house and dining area in the shade of olive trees. The other views from inside are lovely too. Its location is really a major asset : at less than 5 min from the heart of the city and from the beach of Sainte-Maxime. :)
Optional paying service : The pool can be heated on request, for a temperature (from April 1 to October 30) at 28 °C. An additional cost of 150 Euros per week is required (payment by cash upon arrival) to cover the consumption generated by the heat pump. The pool can NOT be heated from November 1 until March 31.
-- For a 3 weeks stay = PLEASE NOTE that the mid-stay cleaning is obligatory (whole cleaning of the house + laundry, change of all the towels and sheets) = 500 Euros to pay by cash upon arrival.

Summary: We were an extended family of 11 staying in the villa. The layout suited us perfectly & the outdoor kitchen was brilliant for family dinners. The pool was great & the location (5mins walk from the centre) couldn’t have been better. Any questions we had were quickly answered by Laurent & Vanessa. We can highly recommend this villa!

Summary: The house is very spacious and can easily accommondate several families each with their own key, floor and fully equipped kitchen. The pool and outside kitchen/dinning area are fantastic. On top of it - you can within some 10-15 minutes walk to central St. Maxime and the ferry to St. Tropez.

Summary: We travel with a group of 10 people frequently and this goes down as one of our best houses ever. Laurent was attentive to our every need. The house is in an excellent location with an easy walk to town, shopping, restaurants, and the ferry to St. Tropez. We can't wait to stay here again. Highlights: -Location -Well stocked kitchens -Many bathrooms -Great great great outdoor living space -Plenty of chairs to lounge around -Wonderful heated pool

Summary: A great Place to stay for a large family or more families. 3-floor spacious house gives you privacy for everyone, luxury Close location to the city view and charming view from the 3rd floor. The House looks exactly as in the Pictures, very Clean, a lot of kitchen utensils etc. On each floor there is a washing machine as well as dishwasher - great not to run through different floors! The owner as well as the person who welcomed us were very friendly, very responsive. We are looking to be back to enjoy even more fantastic Place as Saint Maxime is - not too big and noisy, not too small to feel like in an abondoned village - just perfectly right for the family vacation. With this great location you have it Close to the harbour, too, from where you can take e.g. Green boats to Saint Tropez and others. Thank you Laurent!

Summary: We rented the villa for 2 weeks in June 2016 and had a fantastic time. The villa is very well equipped with all you need for making your own lunches or dinners and close to the local market for fresh fish, meat and vegetables. The bedrooms are nice and large as well and you could live at least two families with separate entrances but still in the same villa. The size of the pool is good and liks nicely to the outside area to chill as well as a bbq. We were met at the villa at our arrival and were given a bottle of wine as a welcome gift - a nice touch. Sainte Maxime is a nice place and quite place where the boat over to St Tropez goes almost every 10/15 min in the peak time. We will recommend this villa to anyone looking to rent in the area.

Summary: We really had a great experience. From the very beginning of the booking process the communication was very smoothy and prompt. Inside and outside the villa it's very calm, at night is quiet and silence. The house was clean and spotless and was very well furnished with an amazing kitchen outside full equipped, which was great as we spent a few nights cooking. All the stuff inside is absolutely high-end. Large dining and lounge areas. Most importantly I liked the location which provides easy access to town centre (walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions within the beach surrounding) as well as privacy that is always sought to make a holiday comfortable. For those who are driving, as it's difficult to find a spot on the street, you will enjoy the private parking inside the property, which is good to save money and time. Lot of space makes the place perfect to stay, and it was important for our large family to be comfortable inside too. The house and the large terraces on each floor provides breathtaking views ! I am so grateful for this stay that I would definitely come again next time in Sainte-Maxime.
