Positive: Very cozy bed and breakfast in the middle of town that has everything you need for a great stay. You can tell it's a family-run place since care has been put into even small extra details such as free fruit, snacks and coffee available all day, a lot of hints and recommendations for restaurants/sights and a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Way above my expectations!
Negative: Strangely I can't think of anything.
Summary: Excellent Bed and Breakfast with that extra attention for detail. A very pleasant stay!

Positive: Located right in the city. Husband could eat cafe provisions.
Negative: There was NO staff to check guests into rooms, a very lazy way to HOST guests. Someone else TOOK our room key and our allocated room, we had to take someone else's key. All keys are the same???? opening other doors. Low ceiling, bumped our heads many times. Not given clear directions for self check in. Carted bags up the outside spiral staircase when we did not need to.... All food provided is HIGH in Carbohydrates not suitable for (Diabetic). Had difficulty contacting owners prior to check in. No phone or internet.
Summary: Not everyone has Internet or telephone especially older travellers. Consider them too.

Positive: This hotel is very cozy, i enjoyed the balcony lounging area so i didnt have to use my key to get back in if i dipped out for a smoke. The location couldn't be better, surrounded by all kinds of food and drink spots, stores and an atm. About a 10 minute walk to a 7-11 as well as the train station, roughly 15 minute walk to a laundromat. When I got screwed by an air bnb at the last minute they were fast and happy to accommodate an extended stay!

Positive: The hotel is welcoming, clean, and modern, yet very hyggelig. The owners were friendly and helpful. The facilities, communal areas, and generous complementary snacks and drinks exceeded our expectations. The location could not be more central in the lovely old town of Køge.
Negative: Very tight entrance to parking area - it is an old building and the gates are not wide (nothing can be done about that in the middle of a charming old town).
Summary: We felt welcome and very well cared for.
