Summary: We found the overall experience of staying here for a long wedding weekend to be great. The Kitchen was recently remodeled, the beds are comfortable and the indoor and outdoor seating is conducive to visiting and relaxing. Pennie went out of her way to make sure we were treated with southern hospitality. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Summary: The house was great we had such an amazing time and definitely recommend to any wedding party staying in dripping springs! The pool was such a great addition and we had so much fun! And the communication from the property owner was top notch she is such a sweet woman and very helpful and understanding.

Summary: We attended a wedding and chose this home based on location, but after entering this beautiful home we were pleasantly surprised how spacious and welcoming this home was.
