Summary: This lovely little brick house sits in a quiet residential neighborhood just north of downtown Waupaca. Clean and spacious, completely redone and efficiently designed, everything you need is there plus extra treats you wouldn't expect. The price is quite reasonable. While it does not have its own water access, all the outdoor activities of the Waupaca area are available nearby.

Summary: This is a beautifully remodeled little house in a quiet neighborhood just north of downtown Waupaca. Clean and spacious, with extra treats you don't usually get (snacks, coffee, etc.). Quite a bit less expensive than places with direct water access, but close to everything you want to do in Waupaca!

Summary: Lovely little house just north of downtown Waupaca, beautifully redone. Clean and spacious with everything you need and extra treats. We are repeat renters and enjoyed updates this last time. This place is a great value, be assured the only reason for the great price is lack of its own waterfront.

Summary: This is the second stay for my sister & me. We like the central location to downtown & other fun areas. The property is extremely clean & well appointed. With the exception of the multiple trains close by, we love our stays here! Highly recommend!

Summary: Lovely clean spacious little brick house in a residential neighborhood in Waupaca, just across the river north of downtown. Everything you need plus extra treats. We are repeat renters with no disappointments. Price is quite reasonable because it is not directly on water, but there are plenty of lakes and rivers with public access in the area.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay and the town of Waupaca is very enjoyable along with the lakes. The house was very clean with a great setup which suited our needs perfectly. There are several trains close by that run through the night but the host thought of everything including earplugs if needed!

Summary: Everything was as stated. House very clean, all kitchen needs in house including little food items that are easy to forget or you wouldn't want to purchase/bring. See; honey, olive oil. There is a freight train that goes by the house that is very loud a few times / day. But at this price point, fantastic value.
