This newly renovated, waterfront condo has all the amenities you need for a longer stay. There are water views from all rooms and the location can't be beat. This condo is located about 10 minutes to downtown St. Pete, 15-20 minutes to all the St. Pete beaches, right next to the skyway bridge and Bradenton plus Sarasota. The condo is close to elevators and has easy contact-free access. The community pool has amazing views of the bay and skyway bridge- why not swim with a view? Its a peaceful, well located, and beautifully renovated location for your family, friends and/or guests.
We are looking for guests who want stays with a minimum of 30 days. Per our condo association rules, a background check and interview is required.

Summary: Everything about our second month long stay at this beautiful condo was perfect. The place was immaculate in cleanliness and provides everything you need... Washer dryer in the unit is so handy, all the appliances worked great, bed very comfortable, linens and towels like brand new. Stanton and Melanie were very good at responding quickly to our questions and taking care of providing anything we needed. The condo is in the perfect location for the places we like to go to. Summary: This is an outstanding condo in a great development. It was well stocked with all the amenities we needed. The large deck made the condo seem even larger. The condo is quiet and has a lovely view and we enjoyed outstanding sunsets. The heated pool is well maintained and overlooks the water, we’re we enjoyed watching Dolphins and Manatees. The sunrises while sitting on the dock were awesome! Owners, Melanie and Stanton were great to work with. They were very accommodating and communicated information regarding the condominium very effectively. We very much enjoyed our stay in St. Petersburg.

Summary: Loved this condo! Great location, near shopping, beaches and downtown Saint Petersburg . Check in was a breeze and the condo was perfect. Condo was extremely clean, modern, well equipped and had had everything you would need and then some. Beds were very comfortable. Has a HUGE private patio with beautiful water views and sunsets. Property has a great private dock and heated pool right on the bay. Highlight was watching dolphins play while relaxing by the pool! The owners Melanie and Stanton were super nice and responsive, they even had a bottle of wine for us and a nice gift upon arrival! We can’t wait to come back
