Location! Located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood close to the 101 Freeway and I -17, home of Spring Training, Arizona Fall league games and home of Arizona Cardinals.
Grocery is 5 minutes away, local hiking areas nearby, convenient, safe area.

Enjoy this beautifully decorated and comfortably situated home in Glendale centrally located to renowned sports venues and entertainment districts in Peoria and Glendale, shopping and activities in Phoenix and Scottsdale, and easy access to the two main freeway thoroughfares for Arizona to Flagstaff, Sedona or Tucson.
The space is set up beautifully for comfort and ease with everything from comfortable, high end mattresses with quality linens to a fully equipped kitchen complete with spices and coffee supplies. Every amenity we could think of has been included such as pool towels, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, supply of laundry detergents, bath toiletries and bathrobes. Just pack your suitcase for sunshine weather and you're set!
Entering the home, the first thing you'll see is a fun game room with foosball, an arcade, seating area with a game table and many board games and activities inside the entryway cabinet. A six person dining table is convenient for playing games together or extra dining space. The kitchen and living room beyond has comfortable seating areas, barstools at the island and another eating area overlooking the back yard pool and patio.
The master suite boasts a King bed, en suite bath with dual vanities, a walk in shower and huge master closet. A second bedroom offers a Queen bed, bench for convenience and inviting decor. The third bedroom has a single over double bunkbed and a lot of options for kids activities. The second full bathroom contains a bathtub for ease with little ones.
The outdoor space is one of our favorite places to be. We are so lucky to be able to spend so much time outside with our consistent Arizona sunny skies. A comfortable sectional, table and additional seating is undercover on the patio for shade. Teenagers, adults and kids alike love the egg chair and hammock chairs also under the shaded patio and in the sun. Poolside we provided a couple padded loungers and umbrella so everyone can pick the spot they want to be in!
Our pool is heated and we have an in ground heated spa attached pool side as well. There is a charge for heating the pool as it can be very costly in the winter. Off the side of the sectional seating area we also have a pergola covered bbq for your use. We provide propane and have extras in the garage. Truly, just pack your bags and head over.
We love being able to provide a space for family and friends to make memories and spend time together. We are happy to share our home with you.

Summary: This is a fantastic house! Super clean, with so many amenities. The outdoor area is great and has pool floaties and toys with an outdoor tv and furniture. There are loads of beach towels. You are greeted with a bowl of snacks and lovely welcome notes. One thing to note…if you have mobility issues both main beds are quite low to the ground and may be difficult to get in and out of. However they are quite comfortable. The kids loves the bunk beds and all the games and books. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. It had everything we needed and so many nice touches that made it enjoyable and fun. This is a house where you will want to stay in and relax. We would definitely book here again next time we are in town.

Summary: This lovely rental is a true vacation home. The layout, the master suite, the entertainment options and the beautiful yard and pool make for a wonderful place to relax and spend time together. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and communication from the property manager was fantastic. The one downfall for us was that most of the attractions and places we went were 20-30 min away, but the tradeoff was that this location was quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again one day!

Summary: We had a great time visiting this house in Glendale. The location is very close to everything we wanted to do. It's a short drive to watch baseball, hike Camelback Mountain and a day trip to Sedona. The house itself is very clean and we all loved the heated swimming pool and hot tub. This was a real favorite for our kids as they could watch the NCAA basketball tournament while swimming. We had a few small issues with getting the heat to work in the pool/hot tub, but the owner responded to my messages within 30 seconds and was able to get things figured out. Overall a great stay and we would book again.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. From the start of of the process to our check out, it was flawless. The property is wonderful, and the Ms. Pac-Man table game was really enjoyable [I got high score on the game ;)]. The pool and hot tub were used almost every day, and it was well worth it to have the pool heated since the weather was on the cooler side during our stay. Tami, the property manager, was quick to answer any and all questions for us, and was extremely helpful. I can't say enough good things about Tami, and the property.

Summary: Property was as advertised and we really enjoyed our stay here. Our kids absolutely loved the heated pool. We were there in February and even with cool nights it was ready to go in the morning. The Location was in a quite neighborhood. We had quick and easy access to the highway and all the amenities we needed. Made for a great launching point to explore greater Phoenix and points north. Above all, we were most impressed with how responsive and helpful the property manager was. Whenever you are renting, even at a hotel, small things come up. Feeling like those small things are addressed and resolved quickly makes a huge difference. Communication was top notch. Made for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Summary: This was a great landing space for my parents, husband and I as we were visiting family in Phoenix. The location was very convenient for our travel purposes and it was very comfortable. We loved the extra touches such as snacks and coffee selections. It was like being in a really big and nice hotel with a lot more space and comfort. Highly recommend. It was perfect for 4 people and would have been fine with a few kids or another couple if needed.

Summary: The house was even more fantastic in person. Well appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our favorites were the pool, hot tub, comfortable beds and nice linens. The only thing our family of five said they’d change would be to stay longer! Will definitely book again when coming in to visit family! Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home!
