Positive: The location was convenient. The breakfast that was included was great- and the dining area very nice.

Negative: The room was serviceable - although small and I was surprised that at the high price we were expected to clean the room and take our garbage out and sort it - to multiple locations. That was a first - never at any price have I been asked to do my own cleaning.

Positive: Location, storage space inside the room, vacuum cleaner and free filtered water was very convenient.

Negative: Small towels for shower, untidy lifts and uncomfortable bed that was small and linen was too noisy. We also had to wait 30 to 40 minutes outside the door on check in after a 10 hour international flight as the code for the room was wrong.

Positive: Excellent location. The apartment with all necessary household appliances: fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, water filter, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, electric hob. The most important thing, taking into account Seoul, the shower is separated from the toilet. It’s not big but definitely enough if you come to Seoul to spend most of the time exploring and come back to sleep. Also there’s a 24/7 store on the ground floor of the building.

Negative: Sometimes you can stuck in a queue for a lift. The door is not fully soundproofed from the hall.
