Positive: Was very central to UPLB and the rest of the town, great location. Staff was very nice and accommodating and always helped with everything. Very large bed and was comfortable along with a good aircon in the room.

Negative: Hot water heater for shower did not work so only had cold showers. There was a weird odour in the room if the air con was not turned on. Was a bit too expensive but was the best location in Los Baños

Positive: Great room space for a family of 4 Ample parking space Near grocery area and food stalls Hotel staff are helpful and very accommodating

Negative: Cable TV was down during our stay Not enough food options available without the hotel Room is a bit dated but still comfy
