Positive: Magnificent! Ceprowo Villa is a perfect home, not house, HOME. We were amazed how every detail of the housee had been thought through. From the general design of the villa including gaming room with pool table, Spa area through art on the walls, cutlery in the kitchen to the choice of books on the shelves (I loved the Axterix and Obeliks komics series). The whole place is designed in a modern and VERY practical style. Mr Karol who is looking after the house and all the guests is an angel. He welcomed us with open arms, assisted our driver who got stuck in the snow with the mini bus. He was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be recommending the place to everyone we know. Ms Gabriela I was messaging regarding our arrival and etc. was very responsive and gave us clear navigation advice. Thank you soooooo much. You made our stay incredibly joyful. Serdecznie pozdrawiamy, Julia, John, Ewelina, Leighton, Adone, Martynas , Holly, TT, Gintare and Tau!

Positive: The property is fabulous, even better than the photos show. The views are amazing, the house is so nice, with great amenities. The bedrooms were comfortable, with plenty of room for our group of 9 friends.
Negative: With the spa/pool amenities on site, it was surprising that there were no extra towels beyond was was provided for showering, and no bath robes. These would be a very appreciated feature, as it isn't so great to have to use the same towel for the pool as for the shower. We also had a less than ideal conflict with one of the owners, but the other one resolved the issue and was much more amiable.
Summary: Incredible property with amazing views- a place to not miss for sure!

Positive: The view from the property, The downstairs level with pool, sauna, billiard table and cinema are fantastic - as good if not better than a hotel and you don't have to share them. Each bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom. There is plenty of room. Kitchen was well equipped especially with a very good coffee machine. Hosts Robert and Gabi were professional and friendly.
Negative: Access to the property can be a little difficult. Luckily much of the snow and ice had melted on the forest road used to access the property so we could drive without chains in winter.
