Positive: Great place to stay in Fethiye. The location is really convenient — very close to the seaside promenade, and the city center is also within walking distance. The apartment was even better than I expected. It’s spacious, with a large living room and a separate bedroom. There’s a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and basically everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment was also very clean. The host was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions. For this price, I think it’s one of the best options in Fethiye. I would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Ceres26 hosts were so welcoming and kind. I was met on arrival with a key and a tour of the apartment. It was very clean and tidy and had everything I needed, including a kitchenette, washing machine and air conditioning. The host also kindly pointed out the nearest bus stop, grocery store and the way to the beach, which was very helpful.
Negative: The apartment was great however due to its location on the top floor of the house some areas of the roof in the bedroom and bathroom are slanted. This is just something to be wary of if you are a particularly tall traveler.
Summary: A very warm and welcoming stay at Ceres26.

Positive: I will start off saying the pictures do not do this property enough justice Location: The location is fantastic—situated in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with stunning mountain views and a lovely garden. It's close enough to everything you need while still offering a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. I felt completely at ease walking around the area as a lone female traveler. Cleanliness: The apartment and the grounds were spotless, impeccably maintained, and very well-cared-for. You can immediately tell how much pride and effort the family puts into keeping the space comfortable and pristine for their guests. Vibe: The vibe is unmatched. It doesn't feel like a standard rental; it feels like a warm, loving home. From the playful kittens roaming the garden to the overall peaceful, welcoming energy, it's a truly special place to unwind. Host / Owners: Words cannot describe how incredible Necati and his family are. They welcomed me like one of their own from day one, helping me book appointments, figure out directions, and tracking down the exact börek I was craving. Necati’s wife even helped me get dressed up for my birthday, and their daughter spent hours talking with me. They woke me up with fresh flowers on my birthday and gave me the sweetest gifts when I left. As Necati kindly messaged me afterward: "We were much happier than you imagine to meet you and host you in our home... your friendship with my daughter and your communication with my wife made me very happy." Staying here is an experience I will cherish forever!

Positive: Ceres 26 is a lovely little Air BnB-style place just a couple blocks from the Mediterranean! The location is incredibly convenient, 10/10 with a little market right on the corner (only two houses away), the bus stop to get to the beach is on the same block, while the bus to get to Old Fethiye is on the other side of the street. There is a "Taxi button" just across the street from the house. A well-stocked Migros supermarket is only 3 blocks away. Walking to the city center or to Calis Beach is definitely doable, probably about a 45 minute walk either way. Mr. Necati is in wonderful host! Upon arrival he helped carry my bags upstairs. He showed me to my room and explained how the keys worked and how to unlock & lock the door to the balcony. He walked me to the market and bus stops so I knew exactly how to get where I needed to go. He also was very responsive via WhatsApp when I had questions. He assisted me in confirming my reservation with a company to tour Tlos and the Saklikent Gorge and well as arranging a boat tour for me of the local Mediterranean Islands for much less than the other tours they were selling at the docks. (It was on his nephew's boat - Nilperi-1, which was a lovely family-friendly way to spend a day at sea!) There is A/C in both rooms, the kitchen/dining/living room and the bedroom. The bedroom has ample storage space for clothing and the kitchen is well-stocked with salt, pepper, oil, and dishes for cooking, as well as dish soap. Also provided are the necessary dishes to make Turkish coffee! I was able to go to the grocery and get fresh bread and veggies to make my own breakfasts and a dinner while I was here. Mr. Necati has a lovely garden - which he was kind enough to show me and from which he shared some delicious tomatoes, peppers, and mint! He has 26-year old grape vines overhanging the gate to enter and is so lovely and peaceful - like entering an oasis of green and shade!
Negative: The ONLY thing that was somewhat awkward was the roomed I booked was at the top of the house, the third floor, and thus had rather low doorways and ceilings. I am 5'4" (162.5 cm) and I hit my head more than once on the rafter beams if I wasn't paying close attention. The bed was pretty firm with very little cushion. I would have appreciated a foam layer or something to make it a bit more comfortable but I was so worn out with my adventures around Fethiye that I slept fairly well despite the bed being so firm. I have to add all the other things I enjoyed and appreciated in this section because I ran out of room up above: I did not have alot of time to sit and visit and enjoy the garden, but I wish I had been able to! Necati's family was so friendly and welcoming as well! His daughter loaned me a towel for the beach the first hour I was there because I hadn't had a chance to buy one yet. If you stay here definitely walk the 2-3 blocks west to the seaside as soon as you can! There is a lovely promenade and boulevard (2-3 km long, if not more) right along the seaside with many restaurants, cafes, and places to picnic. This area comes alive in the evening with families enjoying their dinners, having birthday parties, or just kicking a soccer/football around! I always felt very safe and though not many people spoke English everyone was very friendly! Moral of the story: this is a wonderful little place for 1-2 people to stay. You will not regret booking at Ceres26!
