Positive: Good quality service, room was clean, bed was made everyday, fresh towels provided daily. Breakfast was good.
Negative: Unfortunately during our stay maintenance works were ongoing - listening to drilling noises from 7 o’clock in the morning wasn’t pleasant experience. Rooms not very soundproof. Our room was also very dark. We were rushed one day at the breakfast still having 30 minutes to go, plates with food were taken away from us.
Summary: Overall good stay. Good value for money.

Positive: The breakfast was plentiful, the location ten mins walk to mascara or the 91 bus and airport bus also. Was able to order in food with no issue, shopscdown stair and across the road
Negative: At times loud music by guests and banging doors and arguing in the room above.. roof top bar and pool closed for winter but that didn't bother me. Only small issue was stale odour like musty needs deep cleaned

Positive: The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for the town. It was clean, tidy and had lots of breakfast.
Negative: Our room was pretty small and with no soft furnishings in the communal areas it was noisier than we would have liked even in low season. We could hear the lift working, staff chatting and other guests rattling suitcases along the tiled floors.
Summary: A happy, friendly ,convenient hotel in a lovely town. Probably a little too noisy for us.
