Positive: It was a very small hotel. So I don't know why its called a resort. Secondly its a extremely hot country and water wasn't free of charge ,it cost around £3 for small bottle Third ,I don't know which unusual designer designed the awkard rooms. We booked a family.suite where privacy was ZERO. No locks in bathroom or rooms, frosted glass door.for bathroom, you could not even change your clothes in privacy, family.room had zero privacy Breakfast was OK. Staff were polite and helpful. Bedroom were clean

Positive: - Spacious (nice design) room with a big balcony; - Friendly and helpful staff; - Good breakfast buffet with more than enough options of food; - Good location, not far from town (by car).
Negative: - The ATM in the hallway is not reliable! Money was taken from our credit card account but no money and no receipt came out of the machine. The staff told us to send a message to the ATM company. The company of the ATM did not help us. They sent us a short message telling us they cannot help and that we have to contact our own bank. Get your money at a reliable bank in town because we lost a big amount of money! - Breakfast table most of the time was messy with no cutlery. - Our bathroom tiles in the shower had black mold in the corners. - The pool is small with limited beds. We went to other pools in town. - Noisy room/bad isolation. We could hear our neighbors up and next to us when they talk or play music. Also our room was close to the rooftop which had loud music every night.

Negative: Very far out and hard for taxis to find as it must be quite an unknown hotel and location. Will add additional costs to your trip. ATM charges.

Positive: My parents stayed here for my dad’s birthday and they didn’t have any negatives. They said the room was spacious, the staff were absolutely amazing and there was so much variety for breakfast that no one should go hungry. They enjoyed their stay.
