Positive: The location is fantastic, at the very edge of the old city center. The collection of available facilities, particularly in terms of the kitchen, are extensive and well-documented on-site.

Negative: The kitchen was quite messy during my stay; I'm sure this is not due to the proprietor, but the other guest(s) who had been or were staying. From a staying-for-work perspective, it would have been nice if the room had offered a place to work.

Summary: Great value for money at an excellent location at a stone's throw away from the city center.

Positive: Perfect location, Oosterpoort is a nice quarter with a village vibe. Beds were good.

Negative: It was cold when we arrived! Had to contact the owner to put the heating on. He said he didn’t know our time of arrival, but he could have asked or get the temperature comfortable at 14.00 as that is the earliest arrival time. Room has a (private) bathroom in the hallway, I didn’t like the walk through the kitchen and passed the other room. There were ropes to put on, but still. Kitchen next to the door (that doesn’t close too well) makes it as if the other guests are in your room and when they leave the light on it’s irritating.

Summary: Clean place, but due to circumstances not so comfortable

Positive: Nice quality facilities.nice garden . although sharing the property didn't see the other room occupants .had personal shower toilet facilities so not shared .the shared kitchen great and again didn't see anyone.garden bedroom big with comfy beds ..and quiet .

Positive: Excellent location, quiet and relaxing place. Close to the center and parking. The owner was communicative and a nice man and very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the linen was clean. The kitchen and bathroom were sufficiently equipped..

Negative: The cleanliness in the rooms could have been better, there was dust on the furniture, window sills and TV.

Summary: I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
