Positive: Beautiful property, gorgeous house, lovely rooms, 4 star luxury in very cozy surroundings. This felt like staying with your aristocratic relatives, not at all like a hotel stay. Even the china and the linens were top quality. Breakfast was also divine.

Positive: A beautiful wine estate in the heart of the Medoc region, we liked it. There is a big garden / park around the main house, with a pool as well. Breakfast was good as well. Nadezhda takes care of everything and provides restaurant recommendations or options for wine tastings in the area. Rooms are very nicely furnished, but the furniture is matching the property - we were a bit afraid to break something. In terms of the authenticity and age. We liked it, but it might not be for everyone. There is parking and a possibility to charge your electric car with the appropriate charge card, for example charge now works. I think there are 5 or 6 rooms in total so it is a really private place.

Negative: Nothing, it was beautiful! We came by car and it would be difficult to get there without a car.

Positive: Lovely property, with loads of old fashioned charm as expected from an older, romantic, small French chateau. Super nice and helpful staff who gladly provided us with plates, silverware, and glasses so we could share our evening picnic and a bottle of wine with a couple of other guests, which we did first on the patio before we moved to the large wooden table in the warm kitchen.

Positive: The experience at Château Ormes de Pez was superb! The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast was excellent and the wines in the cellar gorgeous. The tour at Château Lynch Bages, arranged by Château Ormes de Pez was very special and a very worthwhile added bonus for any wine lover. Note, this is a small delightful Chateau. If you're looking for big, grandiose and luxurious, look elsewhere.
