Summary: Hotels.com disappointed me for the first time. The photos show a castle, but the accommodation is somewhere else. We thought we would be staying inside the castle, but we ended up in a different section outside. Those booking accommodation should be careful.

Summary: The place was clean & impressive, though perhaps slightly faded. Lots of space & easy parking. All staff were fantastic towards us, especially the sommelier, Karim. Stairs perhaps a bit complicated.

Summary: Friendly efficient staff, excellent breakfast choices, the Spa was quiet and nice. Room was excellent- it has a slightly faded grandeur and character which I like.
