Positive: the location is very beautiful
Negative: The receptionist was blunt and unhelpful when we were trying to find a taxi or Uber. Could the hotel not offer a car service? The waitress did not even apologies to us when our fish as main course was under cooked.

Positive: Beautiful accommodation and location, with friendly and welcoming staff. The glass of wine on arrival was a nice touch and great cocktails in the bar.
Negative: The buffet breakfast was good quality with a lot of options but seemed quite expensive at €39 per person, particularly if you don't want to eat a lot. We'd booked on a room only basis and added breakfast on arrival - it may have been more cost-effective to book on a bed and breakfast basis...?
Summary: Lovely overnight stay!

Positive: Everything was perfect! The staff were wonderful, especially the receptionist Margarita, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, the facilities were beautiful, and we loved having two swimming pools, including a heated one. The live music in the evenings created such a lovely atmosphere, and the wine was fantastic. I also forgot some of my belongings at the hotel, and the team contacted me immediately and kindly arranged to send everything back to me. Such amazing service! We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.
Summary: Highly recommend!
