Positive: This was one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had. The artwork in the woodland was a perfect way to spend time between swimming in the pool and visiting the many local attractions within walking distance. Bernard and the team were always able to provide friendly informative advice. The village was such a lovely place to walk around including relaxing in local bars by the river.

Negative: Nothing really.

Positive: Lovely suite in old house in castle ramparts. Not large but comfortable. Fab pool and sauna. Great location overlooking Loire. Good large fridge and small kitchen. Great restaurant nearby. Coffee machine in room. Plenty of nearby activities.

Negative: No bar or snacks at pool, but could bring your own. No general store / bakery close by.

Positive: We stayed in a suite in a house near the chateau. It had its own garden area and a pizza oven and barbecue The pool area was excellent with plenty of space and heated indoor and outdoor pools Staff were very helpful with bookings and recommendations Great as a cycling base for the Loire

Negative: It’s a small thing but the decor on our bedroom was very bright and modern. Probably very expensive! I’d have liked it to reflect the area and the age and type of property.
