Positive: Great communication and assistance, made us feel like family!! Breakfast was amazing, room overlooked the river, large well-appointed rooms to relax in, in the heart of St. Emilion. The chateau is truly a once in a lifetime experience!

Negative: I cannot think of one thing that Tess, Sophie or Celia did not provide for us, it was just the best experience!
