Summary: The facility was marvelous! We really enjoyed the grounds. The pool was clean and private. The most impressive and important thing was the service provided by the friendly and cheerful staff.

Summary: The Chateau's approach to hospitality is what I call : Low touch, high service. This really allows you to feel like you have the place to yourself. You have all the necessary luxuries of a 5 star hotel but the laid-back ease of a country escape. The staff is always there but with discretion. The property itself is kept very clean and up-to-date with small touches of luxury. The pictures do not do it justice as the furnishings and grounds are immaculate. The restaurant had wonderful food offerings and we were there during the low season so it really just felt like they were there for us. It is about 20 min from AIX, so you need a car, the drive is easy. This property is about relaxing and enjoying the solitude of the countryside.

Summary: We were on the wing which was newer construction. Connected to the older structure seamlessly but newer rooms. Great breakfast. Very pretty grounds. Great stay.

Summary: Want to leave a super positive review because it’s an excellent property where efforts have been made. Great breakfast beautiful grounds quiet sleep. No shower and the bathtub was actually extremely tricky to enter/exit with no way to use your right hand to push up and out ( 3rd floor room). Also the room service Niçoise salad was 4th rate , gritty dirt pieces in the bagged lettuce component. Disappointed.

Summary: We had the added bonus of catching a car show during our stay at the hotel, which was a nice perk. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making our experience even better. The restaurant's food and wines were outstanding. Our room was spacious and very clean. The only downside was some noise from guests outside the hotel at night, which woke me up and made it hard to fall back asleep. Overall, though, I had a wonderful time.
