Positive: The Chateau is in a beautiful location. We loved the self catering apartments (cottages). They are so well equipped, and beautifully decorated. Extremely comfortable. We had originally booked for two days, on day one M was taken ill and Stephanie was absolutely amazing in arranging emergency admission. Our two days was extended to seven. Everyone was caring, supportive and very flexible. Nothing was too much trouble. We were sad not to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and swimming pool.
Negative: Absolutely nothing.
Summary: This is a beautiful Chateau and we hope to return and really enjoy the facilities.

Positive: We took the 3 bed villa with jacuzzi. It was very clean. Very spacious. My review will be from the lens of a 6 day letting, not an overnight one. I start with full marks and then move points based on experience. Overall RECOMMENDED for a visit definitely - below are small elements which could be changed easily. I saw from previous reviews that the property has taken feedback well and made changes - which is unusual and appreciated. All rooms have natural light. Jacuzzi is large and very relaxing. All plumbing and electrics and kitchen apparatus worked absolutely fine. Lots of parking space and easily accessible. We didn’t use the electric BBQ but could see that others did. Welcoming bottle of rose. Many thanks to Stephanie for end to end support and coming around promptly for any requests.
Negative: These are my preferences only. Beds could be harder. Kitchen - leftover oils and spices, bit more dishwashing and washing tablets/powder/fluid would be good. No housekeeping or cleaning - not even once in 6 days for the price paid ?? WiFi - limited devices can be connected. Damage deposit - I wanted a property check and return before I left( having had bad experiences around the area before, this is our 9th trip) which check was agreed and done but I had to be quite insistent for the removal of the card block in person to get it done prior to driving away. I understand that may not be usual timelines but was also done finally so much appreciated.

Positive: The crew was on premises to hand over the keys and kindly accepted to store our luggage even though we were early. They proved accommodating and friendly.
Negative: The property would benefit of having more charging stations and a clearer policy on the use of those, as some customers tend to park their car for more than the charging duration, or even not charging their car.
Summary: Amazing property and pool, in a quiet park juswt outside of the city center.

Positive: Beautiful main Building of the chateau, beautiful garden, very nice pool.
Negative: The gites locacated in the side building are not half as beautiful as the main building of the chateau. Our apartment “Chez Dianne” was located at the inner courtyard, the former area of the stables etc. The apartment is nicely renovated on the inside and the patio is nice too but the view towards the not renovated area of the buildings, the fact that they have events with many people going on in the courtyard and that the crew is having their storage and prep rooms there is not very nice. They are going in and out a lot there also using golf carts (reverse gear warning sound). The kitchen equipment is ok but for some items barely sufficient (e.g. 6 drinking glasses for 5 persons).
