Summary: even off season bar and restaurant were open and no effort seemed too big to make it a lovely stay. the restaurant (gaull&millaut 14/20) was nice, courses varied between excellent and very good. breakfast is a must here. very reasonable prices for the food and the rooms combined with a beautiful surrounding made this stay perfect.
