Positive: Мястото е много приятно, поддържано и сред природата. Хотелът предлага всички необходими, обзаведен е със стил и внимание към детайла.
Negative: Вечеряхме в ресторанта на хотела, наложи се за салата да чакаме повече от 30мин, а за основно 40-45мин. Обяснението беше, че всички гости са седнали по едно и също време, но все пак заетите маси бяха общо 5.

Positive: Chalet Balkan is such a hidden gem! Tucked away deep in the forest, the air is so fresh, and it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The staff were super friendly, breakfast was amazing (don’t miss the homemade mekitsi 😋), and there’s even a game room where the kids had so much fun. Highly recommend!

Negative: The room was comfortable but the only dislike were the colony of ants that were living in the room with us.
