Positive: Our stay at Chalet do Lago exceeded every expectation. The chalet itself was a delight, and having the pool just steps from our balcony made each morning feel like a private retreat. The property was immaculately maintained throughout, a detail we noticed and appreciated from the moment we arrived. The staff were consistently warm and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The facilities were excellent, and the proximity to the resident animals added a wonderfully unique charm to the experience, one we won’t soon forget.
Negative: We have no genuine complaints about the property itself. If anything detracted slightly from our stay, it was simply the luck of the draw with neighbouring guests, an aspect entirely outside the property’s control and not a reflection of its quality. Perhaps the simplest solution, for future visits, would be to bring along friends or family to occupy the neighbouring chalets, ensuring the whole experience is shared among familiar company. 😁
Summary: beautifully kept retreat with outstanding staff and a truly memorable atmosphere, we’d return without hesitation.
