The property offers a heated underground salt water pool during summer, Indoor and outdoor fireplace, BBQ, lake access including a boat launch, fishing for all seasons. hiking, biking on "Le Petit Temis" trail that can take you from Riviere-du-Loup all the way to New Brunswick and in the winter this trail is a snowmobilers paradise. We are 15 minutes away from "Club de Golf du Temis" and 30 minutes from "Fraser Edmunston Golf Club" and "Mont-Farlagne Ski Resort".
Nearby you can visit Fort Ingall, Aster Observatory, National Park of Temiscouata and many more activities for everyone.

Ce comfortable havre de paix vous offrent des moments de tranquillités dans la nature 4 saisons par année. Piscine creusée a l’eau salé et chauffé. Foyer intérieur et extérieur. Plusieurs activités accessibles directement de la propriété. Summary: Clean, comfortable beds, heated pool, great hiking trail, nice lake. I thought it was the best place we stayed during our three week vacation and wished we could've spent more time there.

Summary: Cottage was very nice and comfy and clean , pool was great! Owner Annie is prompt in responses and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Neighborhood is great for walks, biking and canoeing

Summary: This beautiful clean house is perfectly located between 2 villages that you can easily get to by car, boat or the biking trail. Great grocery stores nearby. The trail is great for walking, running, biking. The pool is much bigger than we expected from the photos. We used the canoe to paddle around a small island. You can’t see the neighbors, you can’t really see the lake from the house ( a bit through the trees) but you can hear the seadoos which was slightly annoying but that would be the case on any lake. Overall highly recommended.
