7 Bedroom Ski Chalet in Elche

Magnificent and spacious villa built in 2003 AND REHABILITATED IN 2018, area equipped with barbecue, garden, pool and parking. Accessing the house you will find a large living room of 60m. Squares with wood-burning fireplace and a large kitchen, 5 full bathrooms, 8 spacious rooms: 1 room with 1 bed of 150 plus cot and own bathroom, 1 room with bed of 150 plus cot, 1 room with 4 single beds of 90, - 1 room with 3 single beds of 90 finally 4 rooms with 2 beds of 90. Total 19 people plus 2 babies in their crib.
Direct access to the pool, laundry area, specially designed and equipped barbecue area for outdoor enjoyment, complete outdoor bathroom, relax area. It also has a covered playground, ping pong, table football, all professional billiards and a playhouse for the little ones very equipped and outdoor toys ball bikes tricycles electric strollers etc.
The plot is fully fenced for your tranquility and privacy. The plot is distributed in several areas: covered parking for 5 cars, a tree-lined area with pine trees, playhouse enabled for children, children's basketball basket, tricycles for the little ones. Throughout the plot you can choose your relaxation area: pergola where you can have tea outdoors, sun loungers around the pool, shower, porch enabled for table football and ping pong games.
It has air conditioning and heating in the 8 rooms, more in the main hall AND IN THE BARBECUE AREA free internet and TV channels in English and French Spanish.
The total living area of this villa is 300 m. built on a plot of 1800 m. with its private pool, children's play area, area for dinners and meals prepared with a wood oven, kitchen, wood burning fireplace, refrigerator, and refrigerator bottles chamber.
Its orientation and location are unbeatable, 1 minute from a park idea to walk and go with children or pets. Just a few minutes walk you will find the Carrefour shopping center, Media Markt, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Macro, McDonalds, Burguer King, and a large shopping center "L'Aljub", with a variety of restaurants, shops and cinema.

Summary: Everything about the villa was A OK. Patricia proofed to be the perfect hostess. The downside: mosquitoes. Even people in our group who never get bit were victimized. This chased all of us inside the house. Never the less we had a great stay because the rest was perfect. Would recommend it to everyone. Thank you Patricia!!

Summary: This property has the wow factor. The owners have thought of everything you could need and more. Every room had lots of little extras , large and spacious with extremly comfortable beds. We had 3 young children with us and they were thrilled with a large assortment of toys and games. The pool area was amazing and most of our time was spent outside. There is a large fully stocked kitchen and bbq area with plenty of chairs and sunbeds . I cannot recommend this property high enough. Patricia was lovely and so helpful. We were delighted with the gifts on arrival including wine, thank you. Cant wait to visit again.

Summary: We had a pleasant stay in Elche. The house and its amenities exceeded our expectations. We did not rent a car and we didn't find it necessary to do so, we felt like locals going by bus and train to explore the surroundings;). Patricia was a really nice person and also very helpful. All in all we had a fantastic holiday.

Summary: Fantastic holiday home , great pool plus other activities. We were fourteen including six children all had a great time , outside kitchen area keeps every one together even while prepping food . Lots of toys including electric cars for the younger children . We were met by Patricia and her father Jose very friendly , helpful and accommodating. We would all recommend this lovely villa for family fun holidays.

Summary: Spectacular!!! We were welcomed with a platter of nuts and local wine and beer. We’ve never had so much given to us anywhere else. That’s the owners’ hospitality. We were a group of 4 families and this house was just perfect. We had an excellent stay! We felt so welcome in their home! The pictures don’t justify how lovely the property is in real life. The pool is shaded by some big palm trees. The outdoor kitchen, which was our favorite place to cook is fully equipped for a big group like ours. There is enough seating in the kitchen itself and more than enough seating outside. The rooms were comfy and clean. Cots were provided for our little ones as well as lots of toys, ride ons and floats! You could spend all day at the house. There is more than enough provided for beach days. We were just not prepared for the hot days, so having the pool was fantastic as our adult kids and adults just had a dip all through the day. Carrefour is just around the corner and a midsize mall. The town of Elche is just 10 mins away and Alicante is a 30 minute drive. We were overwhelmed with Spanish hospitality. The owners are so friendly and accomodating, we felt very safe and well hosted. Josè the father and Patricia the daughter did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. We had a bit of a problem with the WiFi and they got another provider and reception was better. We’ve been to many countries as a big group but to be honest José and Patricia surpassed them all. Cannot recommend this house enough!

Summary: If I could give more stars I would!! We took our 10 months old baby on her first holiday with the family and had the best time imaginable and a lot of this was down to how helpful Patricia and Alberto were and also down to how nice the villa was. We had everything we needed, the rooms were comfortable and fully air conditioned. The pool was lovely, the outside kitchen are by the pool was where we spent most of our holiday, listening to music and cooking on the BBQ! I spoke to Patricia before departing to explain that our flights were going to land quite early (11:00 am) and asked if we could come and drop our bags off and then go into town while we wait for the villa to be ready which was agreed should be 17:00. Just like everything we asked this was no problem. When we arrived at the villa at 12:00 Alberto showed us round whilst the cleaners were there preparing the villa and then he and his dad offered to drive us to the nearby shops to buy supplies for one day as most places were closed as it was Sunday and then they dropped us at a nearby restaurant where we had some lunch and then the room was ready by 14:00 and they had taken our shopping back for us and unpacked everything into the fridge. Thank you for the wonderful memories. We will definitely be returning!!

Summary: We had a wonderful holiday at this villa . The villa is well stocked, clean and the owners are very helpful . There was more than enough space for the 12 of us to enjoy our week by the lovely clean pool . The outside of the villa kept our children entertained all week by swimming, playing ping pong and riding around on the toy cars . There is lots to do ! We found the outdoor kitchen a massive bonus for meal times and it was very clean . We did not hire a car but used the local bus service and restaurants and supermarkets all week with no problem at all . We even made it to Alicante and Benidorm for days out . All in all we would recommend this villa to anyone . We truly loved our week here .

Summary: We stayed in Villa Pena Aguilera from 22-30 September and were a party of 13 (9 adults, 3 children & 1 baby). The villa was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location is quiet and suburban and the house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The space was divided into two houses with 4 bedrooms in one and 2 in the other with fantastic shared living space and an awesome pool area. There are two kitchens which were fully equipped with everything you could need. We cooked and ate together most nights in the fabulous outdoor area beside the pool which has a long table that sat us all. But what made the experience extra special was the attention of Patricia the owner. She could not have been more helpful before and during our stay, always available by phone to answer questions (e.g. what time is mass on Sunday? is there a good supermarket close by? restaurant recommendations etc. etc.). We hired cars which were necessary for trips out to the shops, golf and Aqualandia for example but we rarely left the house as it was big enough to hold us all comfortably and give us enough space that we were not in each other's pockets the whole time. We would happily return again as a large group and would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone. Thank you, Patricia , for everything - you helped make our holiday unforgettable.

Summary: We are a family of 13 people and we wanted a quiet base for daily excursions. I recommend having a car when renting this holiday home as the warm climate would make the shopping trips quite tiresome if walking. Only 5 minute drive to nearby shopping centers. We loved the cool pool with outdoor shower, bathroom and the great airconditioned outdoor kitchen with lots of cooling capacity. All bedrooms have aircondition units fitted which makes sleeping comfortable. The landlords were great and extremely helpful to our enqueries. Most evenings were spent around the pool with the family and kids, often cooking suppers in the outdoor kitchen. So if you are after a relaxing luxury holiday I recommend this property.
