Positive: Room, Location, Spa. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful.
Negative: Only offered 'All you can eat' restaurant options - which were resultantly too expensive for modest eating requirements - we found better options in the many cafes and restaurants locally. We had cosmetic make-up taken from our room! Our complaint ultimately came to nothing as the cleaner was asked about it and denied knowledge. The issue was then dropped by the hotel manager - which left us a little underwhelmed.
Summary: Generally good accommodation and location - but tainted by incident.

Positive: Perfect location to the central area with stunning views of the Alps!! This hotel has an amazing pool, spa, sauna and jacuzzi for guests. We loved having a balcony to enjoy the rain and cool air. Very kind staff. Darling goats grazing below with their constant ringing bells add to the charm.
Negative: We didn’t have any complaints.
