Recently completely renovated chalet for 9 people, ideally located between Somme-Leuze and Durbuy. Outside jacuzzi and fully enclosed garden. The chalet “Arbre Dressé” is ideally located between Somme-Leuze (1km) and Durbuy (5km). This recently completely renovated chalet has on the ground floor a lounge (wood stove, flat screen TV, DVD) with dining area and equipped open kitchen (electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer, coffee maker, toaster), a single bedroom with Wii game console, a bedroom with two single box-spring beds, a separate shower with sink and a separate toilet, a spacious covered terrace (not heated) with lounge seating area and jacuzzi for 3 persons. From the covered terrace there is access to an outdoor terrace in natural stone. The first floor has one spacious, but low attic room with a double bed and a play corner for the children. On the ground floor there is a second separate toilet and two spacious bedrooms, each with a sink and a walk-in rain shower. Fully enclosed garden. Beds: 1 x 2 pers. + 7 x 1 pers. Gas - + electric heating. PETS ALLOWED. Free Wifi.For reasons of tranquillity, this house will not be rented to groups of young people. Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties in this house is prohibited. The installation of loudspeakers, the use of megaphones and the playing of amplified music is strictly prohibited in this accommodation.

Summary: Mooie en propere chalet bij aankomst. Degelijke verwarming, en ideale locatie voor honden (ook voor onze hond die geen trappen kan doen) enkel de bovenverdieping was onbereikbaar voor onze hond. Propere en goed omheinde tuin zonder ontsnappingsmogelijkheden. De kussens waren iets minder comfortabel, maar de matrassen waren van goede kwaliteit. De keuken was ruim voldoende en alles werkte naar behoren. Na het douchen is het beter om het licht aan te laten voor een half uurtje en de deur ondertussen te sluiten. De ventilatie werkt op de verlichting, en dan komt het vocht niet in de rest van de chalet. De tv had alle Vlaamse zenders, wat voor ons zeker een pluspunt was. Aantal zitplaatsen aan de tv is wat beperkt, maar daar hadden wij met 3 geen last van. De jacuzzi is echt gigantisch en makkelijk te bedienen. Tijdens de nacht is er relatief weinig verkeer, maar zaterdag was er ergens in de buurt een feestje tot 3 u, en dat was goed te horen tot in één van de slaapkamers. De hond van de buren blafte ook iedere nacht tot 1 u. Wij waren hier over het algemeen zeer tevreden over ons verblijf.

Summary: Ideaal huisje voor met vrienden te verblijven, de jacuzzi is een absolute meerwaarde. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Zeer tof en aangenaam weekend gehad.

Summary: Prima huisje. Genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. Huisje is wel hier en daar wat verf nodig vooral aan de buiten kant. Jacuzie werkte prima. Helaas begon deze na een paar dagen gebruik wel te ruiken en vies te kleuren. Waarschijnlijk filter niet schoon etc.

Summary: Een echt mooi blokhut huisje, veel hout(muren ,vloer) mooie douches (3st) Goede TV, verder van alles voorzien!(zelf een WII voor de kinderen!) Wel WIFI!, keuken ook (zover ik heb ervaren) compleet. Grote jacuzzi (6pers) en prachtig uitzicht over de heuvel, en zo kunnen genieten van de zonsopkomst. Lekker grasveldje om bijv te voetballen, en op de lounge bank in de serre kan je ook heerlijk zitten om naar buiten te kijken en van het landschap te genieten! Wat plus puntjes: Het huisje kan beter geïsoleerd worden, best wel koud zo in de herfst(laat staan in de winter)openhaard heeft alleen maar gebrand. Alles is erg gehorig, dus als je beneden slaapt en er loop iemand door de keuken/woonkamer loopt, hoor je alles. Beneden heb je 2 slaapkamers, beide met een wastafeltje en prachtige douche! Helaas is de ventilatie niet voldoende, Omdat als je gaat douche de hele kamer bedampt is en alles dus vochtig wordt. Optie is om je raam en/of elektrische kacheltje op de kamer aan te zetten, maar kan me voorstellen dat dit op ten duur toch schimmelplekken gaat geven. En niet fijn om in een vochtige kamer te slapen..

Summary: Vreselijk, AFRADER ! We kwamen aan in een enorm muf en stinked huis. Bestek wat nog smerig was en kommetjes waar vuil in zat. Bedden die enorm kraken en wij elke dag minstens 2 kaarsen moesten aansteken om de geur uit het huis te halen. Een gewei van een hert dat los van de muur hangt en iemand met zijn hoofd tegen aan is gelopen. We worden beschuldigd van vernieling van de tuin omdat we de auto’s daar neer hadden gezeg, Wij hadden tevens geen aangegeven plek gekregen om de auto’s te parkeren en er in de buurt geen ruimte was om ze neer te zetten. (Zal je achterkomen als je daadwerkelijk besluit te boeken) Jacuzzi wat haast onbruikbaar was. De eerste 2 avonden normaal kunnen gebruiken en daarna begon het bad enorm te stinken en het water werd koud. Dus zondag was die al niet te gebruiken. Maandag hebben we iemand gebeld om dat op te komen lossen en die heeft het bad vervolgens leeg gepompt en het water opnieuw er in gedaan. (Ook op onze kosten) Dus maandag hebben we het jacuzzi ook niet kunnen gebruiken. Dinsdag hing er nog een vieze na geur en het water bleef maar koud. Ook geen instructie hoe we het water warmer of kouder kunnen krijgen. Woensdag en donderdag was het water redelijk warm en de geur was weg. 34 graden in een jacuzzi was het maximale en het is niet wat je er van verwacht. In de achtertuin liggen de stenen los en verzwik je zo je enkel. Ze vertikken het ook om engels te praten dus er viel niet te communiceren. We hebben het zelf leuk gemaakt en gezellig en er het beste van gemaakt maar een complete afrader. Onze borg kregen we ook niet terug omdat we onze auto’s hadden geparkeerd op het gras omdat er geen aangegeven plek stond en de oprit veels te klein was voor 3 auto’s. SCHANDALIG

Summary: Vuil en versleten ideaal voor wat feestende studenten maar niet geschikt voor deftige mensen, zeer vochtig ,niet voor 9 personen waardig, te weinig bestek, kussens voelen alsof het zakken vol aardappelen zijn.. het is een eindeloze lijst afgebroken vogelhuis, veel hondenpoep in de tuin, en de buren hebben 2luidruchtige honden dus lekker relaxen zit er niet in.
