This former farm for a maximum of 6 people, which was renovated and furnished as a modern holiday home in 2017, is in a fantastic location at an altitude of around 1000 meters in the mountains at the southern foothills of the Saualm in Eberstein in Carinthia.
The detached holiday home has a cozy living room with an attractive tiled stove and television. The kitchen was also completely renovated in 2017. The three bedrooms offer plenty of space for 6 people. The house also has two bathrooms.
This house, located in the middle of nature, has a wonderful, wide view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The spacious garden is equipped with play equipment and a cozy dining table. The house can be reached via an easily navigable asphalt path of around five kilometers from Eberstein.

Summary: Wir hatten einen sehe schönen Urlaub in Österreich. Das Haus war sehr sauber und natürlich toll gelegen. Unglaublich ruhig mit einer tollen Aussicht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und waren bei Fragen stets hilfreich. Besonders genießen konnten wir das morgendliche Frühstück draußen und den Blick über die Wolken und Berge. Das Haus war trotz des warmen Wetters angenehm kühl. Ausflugsziele hab es viele, die zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto auch gut zu erreichen sind.

Summary: Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit einem sehr schönen Blick auf die Berge. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Wer ein Ferienhaus für eine Auszeit sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Kein Lärm von Autos sondern nur mal ein röhren der Hirsche in der eingezäunten Umgebung. Vor dem Haus waren auch Rehe mit einem Hirsch welches das Flair unglaublich machten. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles was man braucht. Der Ofen im Wohnbereich ist ebenso ein kleines Highlight genau wie die Umgebung. Wir können das Haus und die Vermieter auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und werden hier sicherlich noch einmal (oder mehrmals) hinfahren!

Summary: Duidelijke instructies mbt overhandiging sleutel; hartelijke verwelkoming door Uwe en Agnes; accommodatie in orde en erg proper alhoewel weinig basisvoorzieningen in keuken (geen olie, geen suiker, geen afwasmiddel, geen sponsje); woonruimte vrij klein en donker maar ruimschoots gecompenseerd door ongeëvenaard uitzicht op de bergen, ruime tuin en aangrenzende alpenwei en bos.
