Summary: Wir sind total begeistert von dieser Unterkunft. Zugegeben, sie ist weit oben, ruhig gelegen und die Straße ins Tal ist wirklich gewöhnungsbedürftig....aber es hat sich für uns gelohnt. Da wir uns ausruhen wollten ohne viel Wandern und dergleichen war das für uns und die Hunde Entspannung pur.

Summary: Wir hatten einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub im Ferienhaus Bauer 🏠. Es ist alles, was man braucht, im Ferienhaus vorhanden. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 1 Hund 🐕. Es ist einfach eingerichtet, aber auf einer Alm 🐄🐂🐓🐖🦊 braucht's nicht mehr. Uns hat die Ruhe und Einsamkeit sehr gut gefallen. Die Familie Bauer sind sehr freundliche und nette Vermieter. Auch der Bruder von Herrn Bauer, welcher 2x während der 14 Tage zu sehen war, ist sehr nett und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Ganz im Gegenteil, er hat uns sogar noch einen guten Tipp, im Bezug auf Schwammerl 🍄🍄🍄 gegeben. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder einen Urlaub im Ferienhaus Bauer 🏠 machen. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat bzw was wir nicht so toll fanden, daß uns erst bei Anreise gesagt wurde, daß sich der Preis für den Hund 🐕 pro Tag von 3€ auf 5€ erhöht hat. Wir haben kein Problem damit und es hätte auch nichts an unserem Urlaub geändert, nur hätte man uns darüber informieren müssen. Aber ansonsten war alles super. Dieses Ferienhaus kann man nur weiterempfehlen, vorallem an die, die die Ruhe lieben.

Summary: Huisje was goed en van alles voorzien echter bij aankomst moet je gelijk alles betalen welke terplaats betaald moeten worden en da prijzen van belvilla kloppen niet. De hond is echter € 5 per hond per dag en je moet terplaatse ook nog eens service kosten betalen welke niet vermeld zijn. De eigenaar zegt echter dat dit kosten zijn omdat ze telefonisch contact heeft met belvilla over de boeking.

Summary: Huisje is zeer goed ingericht. gezellige schommel met prachtig uitzicht. .. Wel maar 1 keukenhanddoek aanwezig. ideaal voor mensen die de rust opzoeken. Veel keuze om uit eten gaan in de buurt is er niet. Dit is niet de meest toeristische kant van Karintië. Niet geschikt voor wie niet bergop durft te rijden. Op 7 km een hoogteverschil van 500 m.

Summary: Zoals de voorbije keren super tevreden van het Bauerhuisje. Vanuit het vernieuwd tuinmeubilair konden we weer genieten van de mooie uitzichten. De bbq is niet meer aanwezig maar dat is geen enkel probleem met de goed uitgeruste keuken. Onze honden hebben zich weer volledig kunnen uitleven in de perfect afgesloten tuin. We kijken ernaar uit om nogmaals weer te keren.

Summary: Heel vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaren. De ligging is geweldig met prachtig uitzicht, zeker als de zon schijnt. Het huisje ligt hoog en de weg ernaar toe is niet heel breed, maar de andere bewoners in de omgeving zijn vriendelijk en heel sociaal op de weg.

Summary: Wir hatten am Kalchberg einen wunderschönen Urlaub mitten in der Natur. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber, besonders gut gefallen hat uns die große Holzschaukel im Garten, welcher gut eingezäunt ist, unsere Hunde konnten ungehindert dort toben. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein, es war aber auch immer wieder schön, einfach im Garten zu sitzen und die jungen Kühe auf der umliegenden Weide zu beobachten. Wir kommen gern einmal wieder.

Summary: Das Wichtigste vorweg Die Vermieter sind wirklich SEHR NETT!!! Ebenso der Bruder des Vermieters, Hubert Bauer, dem das Nachbarhaus gehört , und der immer für eine Schwätzchen zu haben (wenn er mal da ist...siehe unten) Schönes Häuschen in sehr ruhiger Lage! In Sichtweite steht zwar das Haus des Bruderds es Vermieters, dieses steht aber normalerweise leer. Er bewitschaftet dort lediglich einen kleinen Gemüsegarten. Und auch wenn sich dort mal jemanden aufhält , bekommt man es eigentlich nicht mit. Man ist also allein auf weiter Flur. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, wobei kleinere Hund schon mal unter dem Zaun durchschlüpfen können. Der Garten ist groß und nicht einsehbar. Zwei neue Sonnenliegen und Sonenschirme sind vorhanden. Ebenso eine rustikale Sitzgruppe. Das Haus ist sauber, gemütlich und wirklich komplett eingerichtet. Nur Sachen des täglichen Bedarfs (Handtücher, Küchenrolle, Ersatz-Toilettenpapier, etc.) sollte man mitbringen bzw. vor Ort kaufen (reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort vorhanden Penny, Billa und Spar. TIPP Billa- und Penny-Club bzw. Vorteilskarten im Geschäft holen, damit gibt es oft tolle Sparmöglichkeiten / Rabatte). Zum Ort fährt man übrigens (gemessene) 6 Minuten. Gastronomie Nr. 1 in der Umgebung war für uns definitiv Bärnthaler Gute Küche, umfangreiche Speisekarte (Gut bürgerliche Küche, aber auch sehr gute Pizza - auch zum Mitnehmen), angemessene Preise und nettes Personal. Kein Ruhetag! Auch BaDiDo ist zu empfehlen. Gasthaus Geiger hat eine sehr übersichtliche Karte (6 oder 7 Hauptgerichte), die Bedienung war ziemlich unflexibel... Zum Bären hat eine sehr exklusive Küche, die Preise sind entsprechend hoch - dort haben wir nicht gegessen, zumal nur selten geöffnet ist. Das Gasthaus Faist hat nur mittags warme Küche. Das Gasthaus Weizmühle, das ab dem Ferienhaus ausgeschildert ist, hat keine Küche - nur Getränke! Ausflugsziele gibt es reichlich, ob Kloppeiner See (Ostpromenade zum relaxen, baden Westpromenade mit Shoppingmeile und vielen Restaurants / Cafès), versch. Strandbädern, natürlich der Wörthersee, die Kloppeiner Schlucht (ca. 2-3 Stunden Wanderung, Schwindelfrei sollte man etwas sein), Tropfsteinhölen, etc... Shoppen kann man gut in Wolfsberg. Allerdings waren wir von der viel gepriesenen Altstadt ein wenig enttäuscht - da gibt es schönere... FAZIT S U P E R !!! Wir kommen wieder! Einziges Manko Der Handyempfang ist im und beim Haus sehr bescheiden. Wenn man allerdings den Weg vorm Haus bis zur Einmündung runtergeht, ist der Empfang super...
