Summary: nice house with a lot of space. But - as twotimes before- the heating doesn’t work as we came and could only be switched on or of manually for the entire house. The kitchen stove switched of if several zones were used simultaneously. We had to wait to cool down, which ist not pleasant with three hungry little Children. A curtain rod in the living room has be hanging down for three years. It was great that our supervisor was available and very friendly during the national holiday.

Summary: Leuk vakantiehuis maar wel veel kleine mankementjes; 1 afwasmachine stuk, lamp keuken stuk, rubber los douchedeur. Deur klemt grote badkamer, lamp hier ook stuk en toilet kraakt. Tegel los trap. Tuinhuis is volgestouwd met tientallen vuilniszakken. Voor het overige erg tevreden en positief over het huis. Zoals eerder ook aangegeven via chat heel wat chaos omtrent de sleuteloverdracht voorafgaand aan verblijf. Systeem Belvilla niet up2date. Teleurstellend.

Summary: Wir waren 18 Gäste und hatten ausreichend Platz! Sehr komfortables Haus und die „Schlafsofas“ sind keine Sofas sondern auch richtige und bequeme Betten! Zum Skibus (Skigebiet Obertauern) waren es 10min. Check-In war durch den Schlüsselsafe sehr einfach.

Summary: Wij verbleven met 16 personen in dit huis. Sauna en slaapkamers zijn mooi en ruim, goede bedden. Woonkamer is geschikt voor max 14 personen en erg aan de kleine kant, eettafel voor 14 personen. Ook was er haast geen glaswerk (zeker niet voor 16 personen) 2 wijnglazen, 8 bierglazen, 12 theeglazen... Verder was de temperatuur in huis niet te regelen, bloedheet boven vooral! Eigenaar op dag 5 nog niet gezien (sleutel via sleutelkasje) dus geen uitleg over zaken en reageert ook niet op berichtjes. Gebied is perfect, zeer kindvriendelijk, we hebben een heerlijke week.

Summary: Winter ski holiday left with no heating or hot water with outside temperatures of -10 degrees Celsius. We had to pay a nearby hotel for a room for the week to shower as they could not accommodate our whole party. We had with us a baby and small child. We tried to come to a commercial agreement however Belvilla continue to fob us off, one member of Belvilla was very abrupt when questioned about what they intend on doing about the situation.

Summary: Das Ferienhaus ist schön gelegen, sehr geräumig und frisch renoviert. Es war sauber (bis auf die Fenster) und es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Für uns - 9 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder - war Platz genug! Die Sauna war super und die Betten sehr bequem! Die Außenanlage war leider nicht so top gepflegt wie das Haus von innen; über gemähten Rasen und etwas weniger wuchtige Dornengewächse auf der Terrasse hätten wir uns jedenfalls gefreut.

Summary: Es hat alles gut funktioniert, das Haus war für unsere Bedürfnisse bestens geeignet und die Umgebung war auch gut. Wir waren mit 8 Personen in diesem Haus uns dafür war das Haus super ausgerüstet. Die Zimmer sind mit hochwertigen Betten ausgestattet. Die Küche ist sehr gut geeignet für größere Gruppen, es gibt 2 Geschirrspüler, 2 Backrohre und 2 Kühlschränke. Es gab zwar 2 Backrohre aber diese hatten jeweils nur 1 Gitter zur Verfügung dafür war die Benutzung des Backrohrs etwas kompliziert. Der Esstisch war super, schön groß und die Stühle sind sehr bequem. Das Sofa war dafür etwas zu klein, es ist nur für 5 Personen geeignet. Es gab ebenfalls im ganzen Haus nur einen Fernsehr. Es gab eine schöne überdachte Terrasse, die Ausstattung dieser war aber nur für 6 Personen ausgelegt. Das Haus ist zwar für bis zu 18Personen angegeben und es gibt dafür auch genug Betten, aber unsere Meinung ist das Haus optimal für 10 Personen geeignet, anschließend wird es etwas enger. Ebenfalls muss erwähnt werden das die Fotos im Inserat nicht dem Haus entsprechen. Das Haus ist sehr schön aber entspricht nicht den Fotos. Hier wäre es gut wenn die Fotos aktualisiert werden.
