Negative: Very dated Slopped ceiling in both first floor bedrooms made usable space small. Very hot up stairs no fans or aircon . Lots of flies around so difficult to keep windows open plus dust from building site opposite.Beds to short if you are 6 foot or more. Sofa bed sofa very uncomfortable. The smallest dinner plates ever! We arrived in the evening to find no towels or sheets for beds which was not mentioned before as we would have booked something else. The night before leaving at 10 pm we had a message to say we owed 13 euro for each bed and 5 euro for towels. We were also told to clean the house. I definitely wouldn’t stay again or use any accomodation managed by Belvilla who were hopeless when we contacted them 3 times on day of arrival. Only the last agent actually sorted our key code for us.
Summary: Glad we only stayed a week and were out all day enjoying the wonderful Alps area.

Positive: Nice location on the hillside opposite Meribel. If you’re looking for quietness then this is definitely the place to go ! If you put Place de la Fromagerie in Montagny-La-Roche in your gps it will put you right in front of the house. The street is a dead end so you also don’t have tru-traffic. For those of you who would like to do the Granfondo col de la Loze race bike route, know that it will pass through Montagny at km 16
Negative: All though the location has close to everything including several beds, the double beds are just out dated and way too small in size.
Summary: Wonderfull except for the too small double beds…

Positive: Great chalet very big with lots of room. Great balcony with lovely views. Good location for ski resorts .Fully equipped .
Negative: No real problems, maybe if possible a 2nd shower especially on lower floor would be useful.
