Positive: Everything was great from the very beginning! Dev the man that checked us in was very nice and greeted us with a smile first thing gave us our directions and were the pools was we had a great scenic view of the mountains. Everything was clean and nice ! Absolutely will come back to this hotel ! And the price was awesome! All the staff was very nice and greeted us any time we seen them !

Positive: The location was perfect. We were walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. The view was beautiful. Overall the property was very clean and the staff were very kind and helpful.
Negative: Some parts of the room were outdated, and the bed wasn’t super comfortable.
