Positive: The room was uniquly decorated and the grounds was beautiful. The bed was massive and really comfrotable. Had a wonderful stay and was lucky enough to be staying when the volcano erupted so we were able to quickly drive into the national park within 10 minutes.
Negative: Everything was great with the accommodation but prehaps a mini hob would be useful so we could cook simple meals. Though this wasn't the accommodation's fault the guests upstaris were very noisy throughout the night perhaps a sign reminding guests to be considerate of others and having a quiet time after 10pm.

Positive: Beautiful place in volcano village. Big rooms and comfortable bed. Easy self check in and check out process.
Negative: A water filter at the reception would have been handy. Staff are not very quick to respond to queries but they do say that they are a small operation.

Positive: The location was good. The suite was spacious and there was a lot of usable space. Checking in and Checking out was a breeze, especially since we didn't get there as early as we would have liked. On the whole the Chalet was quite nice and it was lovely not having to be in a large busy accommodation. It was quiet. I liked the quirky decor.
Negative: My partner and I weren't very comfortable in the bed. If you don't mind a firm mattress, you'll be fine, but it was too hard for us. We would have appreciated a kettle as well for making hot tea in addition to the coffee maker.

Positive: Fantastic rooms, cosy, comfortable (very comfortable bed) and done with exceptional esprit. A unique experience. We actually looked forward to be back in the room after we finished our hiking tours.
Negative: Adding a toaster to the kitchenette or placing one in the common area would be much appreciated.
Summary: Fantastic rooms, we would most definitely come again.
