Summary: It’s like staying in a cool treehouse. My room was very spacious and quiet. The hotel has no staff on site but easy enough to contact if you need anything (I didn’t need to contact them for anything though). Definitely a cool place to stay.

Summary: Clean and comfortable. Very quiet location in the rainforest close to volcano national park. The self check in was easy. The room was much more spacious than we expected. It can be a little hard to find especially at night. Our room had a small kitchenette that was convenient as there are not many places to eat in Volcano.

Summary: Perfect for our stay at Volcano, thank you for upgrading us to a king room, it was comfortable, spacious and quiet. The contactless check in was easy, just pick up and envelope from the lobby with your room key and instructions. The help yourself towels, coffees and toiletries was a very nice touch. Overall we were delighted with our stay in Volcano and wouldnt hesitate to recommend.
