Positive: it was a pleasure to stay here, host has been so hospitable, help with any question. spa area exceed our expectation, nice opportunity to recover after skiing.
Negative: I was disappointed because some guests used the lounge area to invite visitors from other hotels and watch hockey. It was very noisy, and there was no place for us because it was completely occupied.

Positive: The breakfast was excellent. The coffee was outstanding. The distance to the ski rental shop (Intersport) was 50 meters. The distance to the Gondola (Praz) and the chairlift (Foret) was about 100 meters. The ski room was comfortable. The Jacuzzi and Sauna were fine. We were very much impressed by the interior design. The hosts, Beatrice and Jacky, are very warm and helpful, and they answerAll was fine any questions.
Negative: All was fine.
Summary: In short, we had a wonderful stay.

Positive: Everything. We had the most wonderful stay at Chalet L’Etagne! The chalet itself is beautiful, cozy, and exceptionally well-kept, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is absolutely perfect – close enough to everything you’d want to access, yet still peaceful and relaxing. What truly made the experience special, though, were the hosts. They were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of setting, comfort, and hospitality. I would highly recommend Chalet L’Etagne to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay – and we are already looking forward to returning!

Positive: Beatrice and her husband are the most amazing hosts and made our stay so enjoyable. Breakfasts on the sunny terrace overlooking the lake & slopes are brilliant with fresh pastry’s and home made yogurt. Location is brilliant right next to the lake and ski lift. Rooms and chalet all perfectly kept and the sauna a nice bonus too. Also very accommodating with my partner who worked for a day in the main lounge - wifi was excellent. Will 100% be returning!

Positive: Very well decorated in a French chalet style, fake fur throws, wood floors, stone sink and walk in shower. Warm and cosy. Log fire in the shared living room. 5mins walk to the ski lifts, and a view of the Olympic ski jump. Our hosts were incredibly helpful, polite and accommodating.
