Summary: Our original stay was in another chalet from Altiservices. After the start of the holiday, some of our party got COVID-19 positive. As a consequence, we wanted to separate the positive from the negative ones. It was 8PM. We contacted Altiservices to enquire if they have availabilities and received a prompt response: we rented Chalet Papillon within one hour! The stay at Papillon was comfortable. We stayed there for 11 days. We spent a great deal of time outside on the two terraces to enjoy the view, and we got particular delight from the fancy grill and the extensively utilized kitchen. We could not have asked for a better service.

Summary: La propreté du chalet, l'emplacement avec très belle vue, l'espace permettant d'être vraiment à l'aise à 10 personnes, les 3 douches et 4 WC, la terrasse, le garage pour entreposer le matériel de ski, la cuisine très bien équipée, la réactivité de Altiservice au moment où nous n'avions plus d'eau chaude (et la compensation financière), la flexibilité de Altiservice face aux nombreuses contraintes et modifications liées aux mesures covid. Merci! Le moyen de paiement : le lien pour payer m'est parvenu en espagnol (j'ai cru à un spam), le lien pour bloquer la caution ne fonctionnait pas et j'ai dû payer la caution pour être remboursée plus d'une semaine après le départ du chalet. Les mails de l'agence passent tous dans les spams... au final, sachant qu'il n'y a pas de bureau physique pour Altiservice, j'ai eu peur que ma location du chalet soit une arnaque. Ces aspects doivent être améliorés, autrement, tout est nickel!
