Positive: Perfect location 5mins walk from Zermatt train station and very clean throughout. Spacious and clean bathroom. Grocery store 1min walk from apartment. Communication with owner prior, during and after our stay excellent. Kindly lent us their umbrella as it rained on our second day of stay. Took the free bus (green and red line) outside the station to go round town, took 15 mins one way. Hop on, hop off anytime. Bring an umbrella or rainproof jacket if you're visiting Zermatt in May.

Positive: I liked everything about this property. It was a great location. Clean, spacious. Not too many stairs to get in and out. This was important for us because I have a disability and my mobility can be a little bit challenged and I was traveling with my parents who are starting to get older so just a little slower and it was nice that this wasn't too difficult to get in and out of. It was easy to do our own check-in. We found it with no problems. They had everything that we needed or wanted and it was very convenient. I would absolutely recommend this place or I would return if I come back and spend the night in the Zermatt.

Negative: I have no complaints or negative comments about this place. It was great.

Positive: Location is great. Nice view of the mountains, including Matterhorn. Easy access to to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Also 100% clean and comfortable.

Summary: It’s a tiny room, but was all I needed for a short stay in Zermatt.
