Take in the sunshine and relaxation at this cozy lake-access chalet located on 2 acres of land. With a variety of updates done in 2020, this home now boasts new granite countertop, new appliances in the gourmet kitchen, and fresh furnishings throughout. Enjoy evenings on one section of the deck as you take in the sunset and views of the golf course and from the other side, enjoy the sunrise with the perfect cup of coffee and views of the community pond. Located in the coveted Waterfront Greens Community, this home comes with a variety of included perks and amenities. Play a round on the par-3 golf course professionally designed by Ault & Clarke or play some tennis, mini-golf, stroll around the various paths and quiet roads throughout the community or spend some time swimming, kayaking, or paddle boarding at the community lake access. The catch-and-release fishing pond is located just a short stroll from the home, and you can even watch over the kiddos from the back screened porch as they play and run around in the huge yard. The sledding hill right out the back door is perfect for winter sledding too! A covered hot tub offer a year-round respite for friends and family in the evening starlight. Spend rainy days in the lower recreation room filled with tons of seating for movie night or watching the big game or shoot a game of pool while the gas fireplace fills the room with warmth. Summary: Chalet on the Greens was a fantastic house and exactly as advertised. Extremely clean and well maintained, we loved everything- the hot tub, porches (especially the screened in porch), fire pit, par 3 golf course, mini golf, and on and on. The only minor drawback was lake access, which didn’t really affect us but was fairly “meh” and confusing. Otherwise a 5/5 and we will be back.

Summary: Chalet on the Greens is a beautiful property close to the lake so we could kayak and paddle board. Great location close to restaurants and activities like the pontoon boat and jet ski rentals. Enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and fire pit. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and TVs to accommodate 3 generations of family as long as you can do steps. Large dining table so we could enjoy breakfasts together. Nice appliances, cookware and many dishes and glasses in the kitchen. Easy to rent and check in/out. Housekeeping staff needs a bit of help dusting anything above 5.5 feet. To keep temperature comfortable on main and second floors, we used the electric heater provided in the small bedroom in the basement along with the gas fireplace in the family room. Would not hesitate to rent this property again!

Summary: Super easy check-in. House has been nicely updated throughout. Kitchen was well equipped, only negative is not being provided enough dish soap or dishwasher pods(be prepared to bring your own). House was overall clean, few minor things need attention. The upstairs tub jets were dirty and in need of cleaning, and the main level bath does not hold water making bathing our children difficult. We did notice the house is cold, I wish I would have brought a couple of space heaters. The upstairs bedroom in particular was basically unusable because of how cold it was. Durning our stay we had about 20 inches of snow. We were nervous about getting out, but were happy with the snow removal and it wasn’t much of an issue. Overall great stay, and would stay again, provided mini heaters for bedrooms!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this property. We were a group of 6 adults and 4 kids and there was ample space for all of us. The kids and adults had a good time in the game room. Pros: Nice location, house is close to the catch/release pond on the property, did not use the mini golf and tennis court as the rental office was closed. Cons: Nothing major but spider webs inside the house, like on the fan lights, lights above the dining table, open trash can was also not appreciated.Many bathroom locks did not work so had to use the bedroom locks.Would recommend that the cleaning company clean out the spider webs inside and outside the house, some pest control at least before each renters arrival.
