Positive: Everything we had a problem with our car that wasn’t able to move and the host of the property helped me in minutes. the host is very nice and the staff as well I stay here every time we come to this region thank you so much for your services and hospitality

Positive: We liked the worm and cozy feeling of the chalets. Surprised by their beds and the quality of the bedding, including the sofa beds. The parking lot was also ample and quite close to the chalets, 1 or 2 minutes walk. The location is close to Temù which has the facilities to start the skiing day from there to the Tonale pass (although it lacks blue slopes for beginners). Tue staff was friendly and helpful, and they offered all the help we could possibly need (facilities included).

Negative: The the path between the chalets and the parking / reception can get very icy and slippery and can be quite dangerous, it would be better if salt was laid down to preveng build up or some other system to create a safe path. The wifi was not good enough for us (~150ms latency and less than 1mb download) but was not expecting anything given the location, mobile signal was decent enough.
