Positive: The accommodation was well presented and very clean with some very nice decorative touches. The beds were extremely comfortable, the linen spotless and general cleanliness excellent. The rooms were large, airy and well furnished.

Negative: Obviously the climb to the apartment was a struggle, but this was known and we managed. Whilst the apartment was warm on arrival, the heating didn't seem to function for the rest of the four days, luckily the weather was in our favour. The main problem was building renovations next door, the drilling and vibrations were horrendous. It started at 7.00am and went on throughout the weekdays. Whilst, I'm sure temporary, we should have been warned and compensated.

Negative: It esas on the 5th floor and it wasn’t mentioned on the voucher and I was not aware of that there was not a lift. There were not any recycled slippers.

Summary: The house’s arriving conditions are so hard by climbing to the flat with heavy 2 luggage

Positive: The apartment was a lovely place to stay. Three comfortable bedrooms and a cozy living room/dining room space. It fit our four-person family very nicely. Hosts were very responsive with the few questions we had while we were there.

Negative: Just a flag that there is no lift/elevator. We stayed on the fifth floor and it was a bit of an effort with luggage and two small kids, but doable.

Positive: AMAZING! Spacious apartment. Clean. Lovely furnishings. So comfortable. Communication has been amazing and quick. Remo was so helpful. Stored luggage for us on check out day and helped us carry them down the stairs.

Negative: Lots of stairs up to apartment. Fine for us, but would be an issue if any mobility problems.
