Située à 2 heures de Montréal et 1 heure du Mont-Tremblant, maison de prestige construite sur un terrain privé de 130 000 pieds carrés au coeur de la forêt et s'intégrant harmonieusement au paysage. Directement en bordure d'un joli ruisseau d'un coté et d'une vision panoramique de l'autre , cette maison est équipée d'un spa pour 8 personnes, d'un sauna finlandais ( 8X12 ), de deux douches extérieures et d'une salle de jeux avec Bar/Arcade/BabyFoot.... La totalité des aménagements favorissent la détente et le divertissement afin de vous permettre une escape des plus mémorable.

Une grande pièce commune à aire ouverte regroupant la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon avec foyer au bois sur quatre coté vitré, la porte-patio méne a une terrasse invitante où l'on retrouve une vue directe sur le lac Gagnon. Le tout avec barbecue grande capacité. il y a aussi une chambre avec walk-in possédant un très grand lit (King) et salle de bain privée. vous y trouverez aussi l'entrée principale muni d'un double garde-robe ainsi qu'une salle d'eau . Plancher de béton chauffant pour tout le rez-de-chaussée.
Cuisine haut de gamme avec comptoir de quartz, elle est équipée d'une cuisinière à convection, lave-Vaisselle, d'un réfrigérateur connécté a l'eau et produisant de la glace possédant 3 sections dont une pour les boissons, d'un lave-vaiselle, d'un micro-onde, Cellier double zone, d'un assortiment d'épices et de condiments, d'une batterie de cuisine avec plusieurs poèles a multi-fonctions, d'un mélangeur Kitchen-Aid, d'un grille-pain électrique 4 tranches, d'une cafetière Breville avec moulin a moudre intégré, d'une machine à panini, une gauffrière,un malaxeur Ninja, deux set à raclettes, des moules a muffins, des plats de présentations, de vaisselles (24 unités minimum) et d'ustensiles (24 unités minimum), de verres à vin et bières et d'une multitude d'accessoires.
La salle familialle est multi-fonctions, vous y trouverez un bar avec lavabo, équipé d'un cellier et d'une cuve intégré au quartz pour disposer de vos bouteilles. Summary: This is our second stay here and it really is a fantastic place. Beautiful ‘cottage’, lots of space for everyone, beautiful sandy beach with a massive dock. Awesome hot tub with a huge sauna. Always lots to do even on the day’s when you don’t want to be in the water. Wonderful owners as well. I highly recommend it.

Summary: We rent cottages all the time but this one was one of the most memorable. From the spa and the sauna to the private beach and the view of the lake. Everything about this cottage was excellent. I appreciated the nespresso and the pods.

Summary: This is an absolutely beautiful cottage and location. The cottage itself is very modern and is just steps away from the sandy beach and lake. You have access to everything you need from hot tub to sauna to kayaks and paddle boards. Highly recommend this cottage for a great time.
