Recent chalet located in a very preserved environment, in a rural hamlet of Les Houches.
Built in 2016, it is a high-end chalet, made with beautiful materials with refined decoration that combines comfort and modernity. It is equipped for 8 people.
It is organized around 3 levels:
On the ground floor :
- Entrance, double bedroom with direct access to the outside,
- A WC, a spa equipped with a sauna, an indoor pool of 2.50 by 3 meters and a shower and sink area, a laundry room.
On the garden level:
- A double bedroom with private shower room including a toilet.
- A bedroom, a bathroom, a shower room with WC.
These 2 bedrooms have direct access to the balcony which goes around the chalet.
A large, very bright living room with fitted kitchen, dining room and living room giving access to a large terrace. A chimney.
Upstairs :
-A mezzanine with an extra bed giving access to a large double bedroom.
Each of the 4 bedrooms is equipped with 2 twin 80 cm beds.
The chalet benefits from all modern comforts (WiFi, all household appliances).
It is located 2.5 km from the Parion gondola, access via a snow-cleared road.
Many summer hikes are accessible directly from the chalet. The Mont Blanc Express train stop "Vaudagne" is 10 minutes' walk away.

Summary: We were lucky enough to stay in this chalet for several weeks and we didn’t want to leave. It was in a beautiful quiet location with views of the mountains and wildlife from the windows. It is a short drive to the ski lifts and the centre of Les Houches. The chalet is equipped with everything you may need and the sauna was great after a day skiing, climbing and skating! We made it our home while we were there and we shall always treasure our memories made.

Summary: We loved this nice and large chalet. The rooms were spotless, well furnished, and spacious and the whole place could comfortably accommodate 8 people. From the moment we arrived, you could tell the owners had put a lot of thought into making the chalet as comfortable as possible. Beautiful interior design and a highly functional kitchen, well equipped with an abundance of kitchenware. The owners are very generous, enough kitchen and bathroom provisions for the whole week. Nice big terrace and comfortable loungers. We all enjoyed the inside swimming pool and sauna every evening. Very good communication with Claire the owner. Thank you for a nice and relaxing stay Claire.

Summary: We were renting the house with family and friends for 7 nights and really enjoyed staying there. The view out of the house in the mountains in just breathtaking and you are able to see Mont Blanc from the sofa! The house itself is beautifully designed and decorated and really has everything you could asked for. Cool little spa area with pool with sauna. Additionally, Claire is a perfect host. We definitely recommend staying there!!!

Summary: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this gorgeous, cozy chalet. Claire is the most gracious hostess. Even before checking in, she was responsive and helpful in connecting us with local services for ski/childcare. She offered a very warm welcome upon arrival, providing a full tour of the chalet, local tips and leaving us with some delicious local food items. Her house is tastefully decorated - we felt as though we had stepped into a home decor magazine. There was plenty of space for our group of 6. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities - especially the pool and sauna, the fireplace and all of her gourmet kitchen equipment. And of course, the chalet sits in a most spectacular setting...we enjoyed breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valley. And while you would need a car to reach any shopping/restaurants, les Houches, which has all that you would need, is a quick less than 10 min drive away. We could not recommended this chalet more highly. We are already dreaming of our return.
