Summary: The entry of the hotel is very impressive. The multitude of elevators and the order in which you need to take each one to get to various locations within the hotel was confusing. I was not sure that our bathroom floor had been mopped but I know for sure our room had not been vacuumed. The beds were hard and a bit lumpy and there was no top sheet on either of our beds-just a comforter which we found odd. The shower was very…unique/different/odd and might not appeal to everyone. If one stays during the week, be prepared to not have access to all the amenities due to low traffic. Lastly, the prices at the spa are ridiculous especially for Cripple Creek. They would have a lot more business were their prices in line with where they are actually located.

Summary: The hotel is very nice. Very clean. However the bed was not comfortable at all. My husband and I had a horrible night sleep. Sadly, we will not be staying here again.

Summary: The room was amazing. Beautiful with great amenities and super comfortable bed. My only complaint is they operate with a limited staff so service is very slow, especially getting any kind of assistance at the front desk. Existing staff were very professional and friendly. It's a town with a limited emoyment pool to draw from so they bus in staff from Colorado Springs. We wull definitely return!
