Summary: We arrived and the unit wasn't ready to receive us. I contacted the property manager and was informed that an issue had occurred with the cleaning staff. The manager worked very hard to fix the situation and remained in constant communication to let us know what was being done to rectify things.I was very impressed with the lengths that people went to to rectify things and make the remainder of our stay comfortable. The home was comfortable, well equipt and well located. I am assuming that our arrival situation was an anomoly, but I am comfortable stating that if you rent this property and there is an issue - you will be well supported with an immediate fix.

Summary: OK, the stay was OK but you need more pans in the kitchen you need electric kettle More silverware also, you need lights in the bathroom that’s in the kitchen. We went in the dark. The handrail going upstairs is loose and the tap in the bathtub in the upstairs bathroom leak. Also, the front door wouldn’t let us in. We always had a walk around to the back door not good and to finish it all off the person in number 20 backed into my car and damaged it while it was in your parking lot. I was wondering if you have a video of my car being hit it sure would help us. It was the white truck
